last time i was really into wow i was in college. had a raid team, did heroic every week, the whole thing. now i have a job and maybe 1-2 hours most nights. is retail worth it for someone like that or should i just go classic and level slowly with nostalgia goggles on. honest opinions please, not just 'wow is dead' or 'wow is the best its ever been'

retail is actually super friendly to casuals now. m+ is 30 min chunks, you dont need to commit to a raid schedule

classic if you want the social leveling experience. retail if you want to log in, do something in 45 min and log off
